COERVER CT EAST APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training and related instruction in which workers learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation.

Welcome -

You have been recognized by our staff as young people that have the leadership qualities that we have identified as being highly valuable not only to your respective teams, but to the future of our club and greater community.

  • Self Motivated - To succeed as a leader, you need to be motivated, and no one else can do that for you except yourself.

  • Integrity - Having sincerity and honesty in all your dealings assures your followers of your intentions.

  • Passion - Passionate leaders often have a strong, uncontrollable desire that pushes them forward

  • Accountable - Being accountable means that you accept responsibility for the outcomes expected of you, both good and bad.

  • Humor - Effective leaders have the ability to laugh at themselves and understand that they are only human and can make mistakes like everyone else.
